What we do

Personalised pet care programs

Every family starts with a free needs assessment call, then joins one of our programs. Members can add extra care whenever they need it.

Adventure Dogs membership

12 months · 1–5 days a week

Our core program and the best way to join Barc. Your dog gets outdoor adventure daycare or dog walking 1–5 days a week, one bath and blow-dry every month, and 5 nights of overnight care to use across the year. It starts with a deposit, then a recurring direct debit for the 12-month program.

Overnight care packages

30–120 nights · paid upfront

For families who travel often. Buy a package of 30 to 120 nights and use them across the year as trips come up, for overnight care in a team member’s family home or house sitting in yours. Nights are valid for 12 months.

Weekly · direct debit

A fixed weekly schedule of outdoor adventure daycare, paid weekly by direct debit. Subscribers can add extra care whenever they need it.

For members

Extra care, whenever you need it

Your program always applies. These are for the weeks your dog needs a little more, booked at your member rate.

Additional adventure day care

Extra days out beyond your weekly days, on the same beaches and bush trails with matched pup pals. Contactless pick-up 7–9am and drop-off 1–3pm, with photos and a health check before home.

Additional overnight care

Extra nights in a team member’s family home, never a kennel. Two-night minimum, 2pm to 10am the next day, with walks and routine kept exactly as your dog knows them and updates throughout.

House sitting

A carefully matched team member stays in your home and keeps your dog’s routine intact. You meet and approve your sitter beforehand. Two-night minimum, 2pm to 10am, long-term stays available, and we’ll check the mail and water the garden.

Dog walking

A dedicated hour of exercise, sniffing and enrichment around your neighbourhood. Book a one-off or a recurring slot. Contactless from your door, with a photo update after every walk.

House visits & calls

We come to your home to feed, refresh water, play with and love your pets. Ideal for cats and for senior or independent dogs. 30 minutes per visit, up to two visits a day.

Bath & blow-dry

A warm bath and full blow-dry at one flat rate, whatever their size or coat. Add it to an adventure or overnight day, or book it on its own.

Members book by emailing bookings@barcforpets.com.au or messaging their Barc WhatsApp group. Bookings need 48 hours’ notice and cancellations need 24 hours’ notice.

Book a free call

Book a free needs assessment call. We’ll talk about your dog and how often you need care.

Get your proposal

We email you a written proposal, so you can decide in your own time.

Say yes and set up

Complete your onboarding forms and set up your direct debit.

Lock in your year

On your onboarding call we set your dog’s days for the year, plus any trips you already know about. Then their first day is booked.

QWhere do you care for dogs?

We’re not a facility. Daycare and walks run outdoors at locations across the Northern Beaches, with daily meet-up spots set by the team. Overnight care happens in our team members’ own family homes, and house sitting happens in yours.

QHow big are your groups?

Small. Outdoor adventure daycare takes no more than 8 dogs a day, and overnight care no more than 4 dogs a night.

QWho is Barc for?

Busy working families who travel and want a long-term solution, not a one-off booking. We deliberately take on only clients who need regular care, so every dog gets real time and attention.

QWhat happens at a needs assessment?

A free call to understand your dog and what you need. Afterwards we email you a proposal so you can decide in your own time.

QHow do I pay?

Adventure Dogs members pay a $500 deposit, then a recurring direct debit for the 12-month program. Daycare subscriptions are a weekly direct debit. Overnight care packages are paid upfront.
